I am employed as a Property Manager, Rehab Estimator, and I perform Valuations for a company that specializes in tax deed/sales acquired properties. We have several large clients that own thousands of properties throughout the US. I'm a licensed home inspector in Florida and prior to my current positions I owned and operated a property preservation and home inspection company.
