Hello RE investor community from the beautiful frozen tundra of Minnesota. My name is Thomas, and I am beginning to explore purchasing residential property to rent (or flip) depending on the numbers. I am in the beginning stages, and typically am very methodical in researching before jumping into something. In addition to utilizing the robust resources on the site (forums, webinars, books, etc...), I am hoping to develop relationships with members that have been in the field for awhile to learn from their experience.
