So glad to be a new member of BP

Good morning everyone,

I finally joined yesterday after learning so much from the BP forums and podcasts over the last several months.  My boyfriend recently joined and reached out to the community for advice.  I couldn't believe how quickly everyone responded!  Thanks for your help.  We are closing on a multi-family home in early June.  We'll be new landlords soon and are both thrilled to be a part of this community.  I hope to give back as much as BP has given us so far.
