New to real estate investing, I have done contracting for a while, so I feel that I have a good advantage for estimating and being able to find deals. I look forward to the help, support and vast amounts of knowledge that this site can provide. I would like to meet some new people in my area that can help mentor, or provide direction on finding lenders in my area.
