Hi, I've been listening to the podcasts and reading the forum posts and am ready to take the plunge and get more active if I plan to achieve my RE goals. I look forward to learning from everyone as I work toward making my first true REI deal.

Welcome @J.T. Littlejohn! Attending the BWI meet up is a great idea. there is a lot of great information and some of the same friendly people here are there in the flesh. I found it to be very informative.
