Hello, I'm Valerie.  I'm new the the real estate investing game.  I'm looking to build a network and a team to support me (contractors, lawyers, etc).  Currently I'm looking into the foreclosure market while considering some buy and hold to generate passive income.  I am also interested in owner finance.  I'm excited to be here and can't wait to delve into all the info this site offers.
