I am from rochester ny. Currently I live in my first home I bought on a short sale off the mls that is ready to sell now after 3 years. My next move will be either an auction of some kind or another short sale / foreclosure off the mls. Once that house is rehabbed i hope to know enough about holding a mortgage to do just that. Thanks to bigger pockets for all the available information.
