New member from State College, PA

Hey guys I'm a new member from State College, PA. Im looking to do some extensive research in the real estate business, and start to work with real estate this year within 4 - 5 months. I could use any help I can get. Main thing I'm looking for is to build some relationships and gain knowledge from some of the members that have been doing this. Im in the construction business now, so I wouldn't mind getting a fixer upper to flip. Also, i wanted to try the wholesale business. Thanks.
