Hello BP Community,

I have listened to almost all of the podcasts and have read the introductory materials over the last few months here at BP... finally decided to officially say hello.  I have found the resources and connections available at BP immensely valuable in helping me gain investing knowledge, analyze deals, grow my portfolio and meet like-minded investors.  Definitely provides positive motivation!

I have generally invested in SFR rentals thus far, but am looking to expand into multifamily properties over the next 6-12 months - primarily looking in the Chester County, PA area, but am also considering opportunities in Vermont (I spend a decent amount of time up there throughout the year). I welcome any advise and am always happy to connect.

Looking forward to getting more involved on PB going forward.
