Hey everyone, Richard here and I am trying to absorb all this great information on here. I have a strong desire to invest and manage some properties. So i am starting out my venture now at 32 yrs old, better late than never.
I am looking for some start up properties to rent out and maybe rehab/flip if such a good deal is on the table.
Looking for any kind of mentoring and friendship would be great! I live in Beverly Hills and I am always looking for some networking in this community.
