Hello BP community,

looking forward to learning and communicating with a lot of you here on Bigger Pockets. I have been a home owner since the near peak of the market in 2005 and I'm currently positioning myself to buy my first single family rental in the next few months. I can't wait to dig-in and become one of the many successful landlords in the Milwaukee area.
