My name is Nathan, and my wife and I are looking at jumping into real estate investing! We moved up to the Twin Cities from Iowa right after college - and have loved living here. This January we knocked out our final student loan and have set our sites on our goal - investing for the future.
My wife and I are currently renting in White Bear Lake - (I work in Eagan, she works in Woodbury) - and are looking for our first property to "house hack" and turn into a rental,
