Hello all! My name is Daniel Soehren, I am 26 years old and currently live in Starkville, MS with my wife and 15-month old son. Real Estate Investing has become a very attractive option to me, and I want to learn as much as I can before taking the plunge and buying my first property. I have done a little research on the different types of RE investing, and I think rental properties may be the ideal way to go, although I do not have much capital to work with upfront. I am excited to read The Book on Investing with No or Low Money Down, as that may be my only option to get started! I'd be very grateful to connect and absorb as much knowledge/experience as I can from all of you!
