Greetings all...excited to be here...BiggerPockets is such a fantastic resource. I'm learning and learning and am interested in warehouses/industrial properties. Not so sure I want to "start" in NYC, maybe "start" elsewhere (east coast?) and then, after learning, continue in NYC. Dunno yet...
