Welcome to BP. You've come to the right place to learn about all things real estate. Not knowing your specific circumstances, interests, experience, etc. it's hard to give you any specific advice. I will say that there are some great podcasts, blogs, etc. on here. Also, participate in the forums, and build a network. Do a search and see if there are any BP members in your area or meetups.
