Hello BP,
I have recently joined and have been really impressed with the wealth of information and the different view points I've already experienced.
My goal hear is to learn way to gain access and best utilize private lenders through the experience of others to take my business to the next level. I'm interested in working toward more flips and buy and hold properties. I am focused on the Chicago area, specifically the 60618 and 60625 neighborhoods.
