Houston father/son investors
My son graduates college next Saturday! Not only does this increase my cash available for investing, I am excited to support his start in RE investing. I presently have 5 SFR properties in the Houston area. Generally, we are looking for 3-2-2 homes under $150k on the NW/West side outside of Houston city limits. I swore off dealing with city permitting offices!
