Hi,
I'm a new member, and new to real estate investing so I'm interested in learning all I can about investing in general. My wife and I have always been interested in the potential that flipping offers, but I'm also interested in buy and hold. I'm excited to learn about all potential opportunities so that I can begin to focus my energies and create a long term strategy.
