Hi. My name is Goran(36) I had been interested in investing in real estate for long time just never had right support and courage to do it. My plan is to cover my life expenses by 30% to 100% in next 5 to 10 years. at the present moment I live in an apartment and trying to  buy a house, live for couple of years and then rent. If anybody has any suggestions how to start this plan right way it would be more then appreciated.Thank you
