Hello everyone!

My name is Dane Zaun and I am a young potential real estate investor. My fiancé and I have recently had an investment pay off and we are currently looking in to buying our first home! We live in Los Angeles and are thinking of buying a du or try- plex and house hacking one of the units. Hoping to get an early start in the real estate investment community!
