Good Afternoon New Friends! I'm a newbie in the Richmond VA area
Just starting out. Want to learn as much as possible before taking incremental steps to real estate investing. On my last week of Principles of Real Estate class through Moseley Flint. Taking RE licence exam on the 23rd, wish me luck.
The RE world is relatively brand new to this career HR professional. We recently bought a short sale 2nd home in Deltaville, VA which could make more $ than I will this year.....prompted the taking of a closer look at our portfolio and realized the need to add revenue producing assets for our family. Looking forward to meeting virtual and also local associates in this space. I've been listening to the podcasts for about a month- so inspiring. Nice to meet you all!
