Wholesailing in Homestead Fl

I'm 26 years old currently living in Homestead Florida.  I've been researching and studying about Real Estate Investing for a few months now and I'm ready to jump the fence!  I'm interested specifically in wholesailing.  Does anyone know about the market in Homestead Fl?  Any advice?
