Hi there, 

My husband and I live in Northern Baltimore county, MD with our 2 children thigh or real estate activities have been primarily in Anne Arundel county.

We have been buy and hold investors since 2004.  Instead of being proposed with a ring,  he proposed with a house,  and I knew he was Mr. Right.

I've been an entrepreneur since I was 18 years old, hold a real estate license for 12 years, and manage a few properties (ours and others) for the past eight years. 

I have a BA in Marketing with focus in small business and finance. 

I'm going to utilize BP to learn and share.   My goals would be to learn of new opportunities and network with other similar minded investors.
