Hi all,

I am completely new to real estate aside from doing some manual labor for some extra cash here and there. The reason I am interested in real estate is because I am currently a civil engineering student and have confidence that if I learn this very interdisciplinary skill, then it would be extremely beneficial to my future career through vertical integration.  The only problem is I don't know what niche would be the most advantageous path given my current path of formal education.  Any tips or advice would be awesome!
