New investor in North Philly/Southern Montco. Interested in buy and hold in local markets as well as other parts of the country. Fix/flip locally in northeast Philly. Advice for newbies and networking. recently upgraded to PRO and signing my first buy/hold out of state later this week!

@Keith Rorer - welcome to BP! Always nice to see other Philly investors on here. 

I agree with your assessment that from a rehab/flip strategy that Northern Liberties/Fishtown and even parts of Brewerytown is getting to be much more $$$ than say 2-3 years ago.
