New Investor in Indianapolis, Indiana

Hello everyone! I'm a brand new investor living in the Indianapolis area and hoping to get started with wholesaling and eventually move to fix and flips and rentals. I've been interested in real estate for many years and I enjoy seeing the potential that a property can have in the right hands. I'm not in the best of situations right now for funding so would like to get information on recommended places to start. Appreciate your time and can hardly wait to get started.

Thanks!

Jackie

@Account Closed Are you any relation to Mussellman farms out of Fortville? haha I just finished putting down a bunch of soil and mulch I bought from them!

Welcome to the forums... I am out of Indy as well. It's a great environment to learn in... Get involved with CIREIA, and do some networking... If funds are low you may want to look into wholesaling, but be forewarned reputation is everything, and wholesaling is a lot of hard work...

If you want to learn how to wholesale correctly, I recommend Vena Jones-cox out of Cincinnati.. She not only teaches wholesaling, but she also does it daily...

Let me know if you have any questions or comments, happy to help!
