Hello everyone! New to BP as well as R.E.I. and as equally as excited to learn from more experienced investors. My goal is to buy and flip SFH's to generate enough capital to convert to a buy and hold strategy.

First question for our Knoxville, TN friends, any suggestions on a knowledgeable agent who specializes in real estate investing?
