Introduction From MarLa Cowan -- BiggerPockets
Hello BiggerPockets Community! My name is MarLa Cowan and am a real estate agent in Southern California. Although I have been a licensed agent since 1995, I just recently obtained an opportunity to invest in real estate. My current interests include fixing and flipping houses and restoring historic properties. I have a Master's degree in historic preservation from USC.
