Hi my name is Shua. I am new to real estate investing I am hoping to start fixing and flipping in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland. I live in University Heights so would probably start there. My first taste of real estate investing aside from buying my own home, was helping a investor buy four properties in a row. I have read J Scott's The book on flipping houses and hope to use that as a guide to gaining more knowledge on this site.
