hello everyone, my name is Spencer, I am a software engineer by day and a closet investment researcher by night. I've been reading about real estate investing for years. My grandfather was a life long hacker, lived in 1 half of the duplex he owns. I'm looking to secure financial freedom beyond my job and I think multiplexes are the way I want to go.
