Hello to all.  Just a quick note to say I'm looking forward to learning the world of real estate investing.  I'm told by my kids I'm  a Senior Citizen, yet, as an investor I'm a new-born.   North Carolina has some great markets but I'm sure I will not limit myself to these once I get going and growing.  Charles K.
