Hi - I am looking to invest in reno property in the London and am open to other areas in the UK as well. Am not too fussed as to where as long as there is a decent ROI for both of us.
Also interested in conversions - split a house in flats - sell and move on..not sentimental... will look at all offers seriously and will not string you along...time is short
