Good afternoon from Tennessee! I am an insurance agent/real estate investor who flipped my first house last year. I didn't clear a profit, but I can see such potential in this industry. I am wanting to do it again with the knowledge I've acquired through trial and error on my first flip. I just wanted to say "hi", read your posts, and hopefully, learn.
