Hello,

Im new here. I have been addicted to real estate for a little over a year now with no plans on stopping. I'm just getting started but I've seen where its taken the lives of some of my friends and family members and it looks cool. Im trying to purchase a building with seller financing in portland Oregon right now but keeping my eyes open for any other real estate opportunities I can find.
