Hello Biggerpockets,

I am a new flipper in the South Jersey area just getting started in real estate investing. I made it through nearly 100 podcasts before succumbing to Brandon and Josh's pleas to get involved so here I am! My partner and I just bought our first live-in flip a couple months ago and we're looking forward to seeing where this real estate journey takes us. Happy to (finally) join the community!
