New Jersey beginners

Hey everyone ! I am new to the BP app but have been listening to a few of the podcasts. Its been a couple of months that my very good friend Max and I have started reading up on investing and Real Estate has been of major interest to us. It all started with reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and the 3 books that followed it. We are fairly new and basically self teaching ourselves. We are hoping to find people that are interested in the same and hopefully find someone who can even help us and guide us through our journey.
