New to real estate
Hello all,
I'm a resident now to Bedford County, buying my first home i 2015 with the intent of it being a rental once my family and I move out. I work in the healthcare field. Hobbies include music and fitness. I have an interest in multifamily homes for cash flow properties as well as possible vrbo. I have little equity in my home now to borrow against but am looking for creative investing stategies as well. Hope to meet and learn from people on BP.
