Chicago Title Agency - Vice President, Commercial Sales
Eric R. Wolfe, Assistant Vice President, started at Chicago Title Agency in 2014, and has been involved in the commercial real estate industry in the Phoenix area since graduating from the University of Arizona in 2002. Eric began his career with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where he specialized in investment sales of apartments, single- and multi-tenant retail, and office properties. During his seven years at Marcus & Millichap, Eric developed valuable experience in underwriting, marketing, due diligence, title and escrow, market research, and business development. His networking and professional contacts led him to a position as Senior Account Executive with CoStar Group, Inc., a company that provides the most comprehensive database of commercial estate information services in the industry. While at CoStar Group, Eric leveraged his commercial real estate research acumen and marketing success to work in partnership with his clients on the value of implementing professional-grade tools to a variety of businesses in the commercial real estate space. Eric intends to continue providing exceptional customer service and commercial real estate specialization for the clients of Chicago Title Agency, building partnerships of trust and long-term relationships.
