Hello bp just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to rei. I have been doing a direct mail here in the louisville, ky area. I decided to get into to real estate because I enjoy the construction of a house. I have a lot of family members that are contractors and have watched them rehab homes for years. Starting with wholesaling I would like to rehab homes in the future. I would love to connect with other wholesalers.
