Hi Everyone. I live in Greenville SC and I'm new to REI. I came across a property by word of mouth that's for sale by owner. The house is in a well established neighborhood and is in fairly good shape. My question is should I have a pre-sale inspection done? And if so does anyone have any referrals for a real inspector in the Greenville SC area?
