Happy Saturday! I am a newbie, have assisted RE Investors, have supplied financing for RE Investors, figured, why in the heck aren't I a RE Investors :). SO today will be the first deal I place a house under contract to wholesale. Does anyone have any suggestions, or is there a place on Bigger Pockets that I can list available houses that I have under contract? Thank you, any and all advice is welcomed!
