Hey all, I am a new member from Caldwell, Idaho. It is approximately 20 mins west of Boise. I heard about bigger pockets from the podcast "Flipping Junkie." I am interested in flipping houses and possibly obtaining some rental properties as well. 

Real estate in general interests me so I will be sure to stay engaged and to ask questions.
