My name is Brandon, I am a new member from Sacramento
I am interested in learning how to buy or obtain houses for a return, I've taken a real estate class in the past and have since then been self educating myself on the different avenues of real estate. I want to learn and apply. I build and restore cars so maybe I could flip some houses as well as rent a few. I appreciate any helpful advice and if I can be of some help to anyone then great.
