Hello all, I just read the post on how to properly introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets community so I'd like to reintroduce myself. My name is Gregory Alston I am from Westwood NJ and I am new to real estate. I have gained a lot of knowledge on being a real estate investor but no experience. I am looking to start wholesaling as a means to build capital to fund fix and flips and eventually buy and hold.Any advice, words of wisdom or encouragement is greatly appreciated.
