New member Baltimore area

Hi! I am a new investor in the Baltimore area.

I actually grew up with my dad flipping, wholesaling, and renting out houses in York, Pennsylvania, and now I'm working toward building my own business here in Baltimore.

I purchased my first property along with 2 partners in November in the 21212 area in Baltimore, and we're getting close to being finished with it. We plan to sell the property HOPEFULLY in the next few weeks. We've been doing everything (except electrical work) ourselves so it's been taking a long time, but I'm very excited to move on to the next deal!
