Semi New Member in Seattle area
Greetings!
Kyle Rushing here. I've had a bp account for a few months now, but have just decided to actually use it! I have been in the real estate game for 1 year, and am currently specializing in finding off market, vacant land deals in King County. Desperately looking to expand my horizons, and dig deeper into wholesaling, rehabbing, construction, developing, etc. Currently seeking some guidance here, as I could see my real estate career taking multiple different directions. Hungry to learn and excited to meet like minded, self driven people in the bigger pockets community.
