Real estate investor/ASHI home inspector
Hello everyone, my name is Benjamin Ruh and my wife and I recently moved to the Denver metro area. I am an ASHI trained home inspector and real estate investor. My wife is a real estate broker and we currently have a property in Missouri (our home state) that we are renting. We are in the market for possible deals with investment properties as well as fix and flips.
