Hi Fellow BP'ers

I'm Bony Mathew, from Charlotte, North Carolina. I've been interested in real estate for so long, I have finally decided to become a member of BiggerPockets community to really move towards the next hurdle in my life - that's closing my first deal in a Buy-Hold property for cash flow :) 

This is my first post and I Would love to hear from you guys who have gone through this "starting trouble" of closing your first deal. How did you overcome it ?

What I'm looking for in the long term:

- moving my existing rental property from my name to LLC (I have 1 VA home under my belt, been rented out for 4 years now )

- tips/suggessions on how to start my LLC for real estate Buy-Hold purchases

- Learning from people of Biggerpockets on Buy-Hold investments...

Also want to thank the founders of this site Joshua Dorkin & Brandon Turner for such a platform to learn and share known in real estate investing. You guys are amazing!
