Investor / Lender / Lawyer/ Opportunity Seeker in Florida
I am a real estate lawyer, title company owner, realtor trainer, serial entrepreneur, active investor and hard money lender seeking interesting opportunities in Florida. Most of my interest lies in value-add investing but I will consider flips and other interesting deals. My preference is Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and North Miami-Dade County but will look anywhere in Florida where opportunity lies. I only invest where I can get clear double digit cash on cash returns.
