New Braunfels, TX Investor
Hello all. I'm new'ish to the New Braunfels area. Currently under contract for my first local investment property - its a SFR (like most of mine). I stumbled upon bigger pockets while doing investment research on Asset Protection, land trust, etc. Short term goal is to get into a multiplex in the New Braunfels area. Even considering building and moving into one of the 4/8/12 units, etc. but I have a lot to learn before taking that step.
